With over 75 million hits on Google for Blockchain and Travel, it's perhaps not a surprise that there is still a considerable amount of interest in this topic. However, it is still shrouded in a lot of mystery, so understanding the Use Cases in aviation and travel was the aim of this one day workshop hosted by Ai Events. At the end of the session, the aim was that attendees had a much better understanding of what is happening (and also maybe what is not) in this space. The session aimed to give a quick introduction to what Blockchain is and isn't. It then looked at the current Use Cases in areas from smart contracts, loyalty, payments & fraud, customer service/disruption handling.
The presentations from this workshop will be available shortly. Check back again soon.
