FFP Conference 2007
Re-Charged Agenda and Networking

The 3rd annual FFP Conference, co-hosted by American Express, will be held in Vancouver, B.C., Canada from 27 February – 1 March 2007 at the Delta Airport Hotel.

As in previous years, the 2007 event will focus on offering high value to airline delegates for reasonable registration prices. Key frequent flyer related topics to be covered at next year’s event will include partnerships, finances, member communication, and CRM. Confirmed speakers include senior loyalty marketing executives from Air France KLM, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, American Express, Etihad Airways, Lufthansa and Virgin Atlantic, among many others. The keynote presentation will be delivered by Rupert Duchesne, CEO of Aeroplan, who will give insights about the much debated spin-off of the Aeroplan Loyalty Program from its parent airline, Air Canada.

An exciting enhancement to FFP Conference versus previous years is the addition of the “FFP Innovation Award”, recognizing the most innovative airline loyalty program and its management. The winning program will be chosen by peers from other airlines working in FFP and will be announced in a special ceremony.

Another exciting enhancement is the addition of the “FFP Partnership Conference”- a third additional business day of this previously two-day conference dedicated to partnerships between frequent flyer programs and non-airline loyalty programs, including those of hotels and rental cars. For the first time, Loyalty Managers from non-airlines will participate in FFP Conference, building upon the attendance of delegates from 70 airlines which attended in each of the past two years and adding to its overall networking appeal.

FFP Conference will be preceded on 26 February by an optional pre-conference training workshop for new to mid-level loyalty program managers. Conference social activities will be kicked off on the evening of 26 February with a Latin-themed opening party sponsored by Arvato.

More details about FFP Conference, including registration and sponsorship information, are available online. Airline registration starts at $349 per delegate until 15 October with “3 delegates for the price of 2” discounts available on top of the already low prices.
