The 2006 FFP (Frequent Flyer Program) took place at the Sofitel Central Plaza Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand from 21 - 22 February 2006. Airline Information and Global Flight teamed with Airline Business Magazine and Oracle to deliver another successful FFP conference attended by a varied group of 63 airlines along with 200 delegates.
This year's agenda theme, developed from past attendee feedback, was "re-discovering the customer".
Indeed, airlines discovered unprecedented value from the conference agenda, as well as from networking with their loyalty colleagues. FFP Conference will return in 2007 with the same commitment to presentations only delivered by experienced airline managers to ensure a non-marketing business agenda, rather than one aimed to sell products.
