A new decade is already with us and the pace of innovation and change that has already taken place for airline & travel payments will surely continue to accelerate. The FinTech revolution is only just begining to take aim at travel, and this year's ATPS is aiming to bring what's happening in this area front and centre, so that the industry can take advantage. From cost savings to better customer experience and biometrics to artificial intelligence, it is likely that no area of the travel payments ecosystem will be left untouched. FinTech at ATPS is the place not only to connect with ATPS' typical great content and great contacts, but also to be challenged with new ideas and to see around the corner of what's up next in payments and fraud prevention.

Registration is currently closed due to Coronavirus. It will re-open again shortly for our news dates of November 9th-11th, 2020 in the same venue of the Sheraton Centre Hotel in Montreal.

Speaking at an Ai Event
Our events focus on the areas of Loyalty Marketing, Ancillary Revenues & Merchandising, Co-Brand Cards, as well as on Payments and Fraud Prevention. And, our delegates at Ai events are keen to hear what's new, what's next and what works in these areas. So, if you've got a relevant and interesting story you'd like to share at our events, then we'd love to hear from you.
Ai Events doesn't sell speaking slots (although you can opt for a paid for pitch in the Lions' Den!)
Speaking on an agenda is determined by the relevance of the proposed topic for the audience as well as the experience of the speaker and their company.
If you work in an airline or a company that has as its main business selling travel products direct to customers then our delegates want to hear your insights. Therefore, we give priority to these speakers. If you are working in a company that supports these businesses, then our delegates tell us that co-presentations with your airline/travel industry clients are the best way to share insights and we give next priority to these. New research and market insights are also highly valued by delegates and they are keen to hear from presenters that can share new research cases and studies.
We operate on a "first come, first served" basis providing that the topic is relevant to the delegates. You can see a sample of the information that you need to complete the online form by clicking here
Submitting a Proposal to speak
If you'd like to speak at an Ai event, please complete our online form by clicking here
All our 2020 Events are listed on this form. Please note that we give preference to airlines/travel companies that are speaking and then to joint presentations with airline/travel companies and their suppliers. There are more details about the speaker selection process on the online form.
Madeleine is keen to hear from qualified speakers on the various topics outlined on the conference websites. From putting together the agendas for last year's events delegates told her that the case studies from the front line are especially well received. A front line professional herself, having worked extensively for the likes of British Airways, Jet2.com, Flybe to name but a few she understands the issues and challenges to take ideas from concept to delivery. Top Brand Names Sponsor Ai Events. Great Content and Connections made by presenters and sponsors.
Sponsoring an Ai Event
Whether it is raising brand awareness, new product launches or prospecting for new business, sponsoring an Ai Event is a great way to connect with your target audience. We aim to understand your detailed objectives so that we can tailor a sponsorship package to your requirements and budget.
Who comes to an Ai Event?
Ai Events focus very much on content. We have industry practitioners as speakers sharing their insights into the key issues of the day. We don’t sell speaking slots, which means our presentations are not sales pitches thus attracting delegates who want to keep up-to-date with innovations and best practices. Most airline, hotel and travel industry delegates are senior decision makers. From SVP, VP and Director level, our delegates are predominately the people doing the job and making purchasing decisions.
For more in-depth sponsorship information, relating to our different events, or the make up of our delegates, please ask for our Media Pack.
What sponsorships items are available?
We work with our sponsors to customise their sponsorship package to their corporate objectives and budget. Our sponsorship items start from US$999 and can be tailored to your exact requirement.
Some of the options available include:
► Exhibition space - great brand presence and your chance to speak with delegates during breaks & lunches
► Brand awareness at the event with sponsorship of coffee breaks, networking receptions. We aim to get your brand out there in front of your target audience
► Establishing your brand as an industry thought leader via white papers or other specialist content on the Ai website and promotion of your messages on the relevant event websites
► We also can run webinars and can promote your content to our extensive worldwide database of airline, hotel and travel industry executives
