Event Overview: Held in Central London in February 2017, this was the 5th annual symposium for the travel industry (Travel Agencies/Online Travel Agencies, Car Hire Companies, Hotels, Rail Operators, & Airlines) on the ever evolving best practices for stopping fraud. Airlines were the first to address fraud, which is pushing fraudulent bookings to others who sell travel online. This event discussed the latest travel fraud prevention techniques for online, mobile and call center bookings and how to keep more of your hard-earned sales.
