Event Overview & Theme: So, Where to Next? The airline & travel industry has been busy in the past few years - from changing loyalty programs into profit centres, to starting to charge for extras, to becoming online retailers, as well as putting co-brand cards into as many customers' wallets as possible. And, the success of all those initiatives is showing both financially and in growing customer numbers. But, the real work is just beginning as the industry must make this all sustainable - especially when fuel costs rise or the world economy slows down. With that as the backdrop to our industry, the theme for the 7th Mega Event is "Where to Next?" 2016 Mega Event Charity Raffle for the Kids First Fund
The Kids First Fund, founded by Loyalty and Ancillary Revenue guru Jay Sorensen, is a US-based charity that helps abused children in resource-poor areas of the world, by developing programs that provide professional education to identify and treat abused children. The fund has been responsible for creating a family shelter in Latvia that cares for abused women and their kids.
Kids First Fund is the official charity of Mega Event 2016. To support it, Mega Event 2016 in Toronto will host a charity raffle. Every penny donated during this auction and to the Fund will be spent on projects to benefit children. No funds are deducted for salaries or administrative expenses.

The "Whova" App, available from either Google Play or The Apple Store, allows anyone who is registered for Mega Event to network with other attendees and to see event logistics.
From either Google Play or The Apple Store look for "Whova." If you have already attended an Ai event recently and downloaded the App, you don't need to do this again. In the Whova App, look for Mega Event and use the email that you used to register for Mega Event to begin using the app.
Delegate Attendance List
On Friday the 21st of October, we will email conference registrants a copy of the delegate list. This will be available for download during the event and is designed for use onsite for networking purposes. Our delegate feedback is that many attendees do not wish to have mass marketing emails sent to them and we ask that you use both the App and the list for onsite networking only.
