We are pleased to offer you a range of different FFP training formulas in response to an increased demand in the market for such an offering. Since different airlines and management levels tend to have different needs, we offer three basic training elements:

Individualised in-house training for new FFP staff members

This service is specifically designed for large airlines with new staff members joining regularly the FFP department. Our training will ensure that they will be trained quickly and efficiently with the basics they need to know for their future work. Again, as we adapt the content of these courses strictly to your specific requirements and preferences, you can choose whether training should be limited to specific areas (such as partnerships) or consist of an introduction to the whole FFP management. As a result, duration of this kind of training can be set up flexibly. Typically, it would last two to five days. Groups may consist of one to eight staff members.

Another nice side benefit of training new staff members by external experts is that you will also get automatically a different view from outside. Because our training basis is not what you have been doing for several years, but best international practices.

Both versions of our in-house training are offered in cooperation with Global Flight and Airline Information. Training is available in English, Spanish, French and German (all documents provided will be in English).

You have thereby the choice of three highly experienced trainers in the FFP field:

  • David Radford, Training Consultant of GLOBAL FLIGHT
  • Ravindra Bhagwanani, General Manager of GLOBAL FLIGHT management
  • Roger Williams, Managing Partner Consulting of Airline Information

Depending upon the needs and requirements of your airline, other trainers may be selected on an as needed basis. In summary, your advantages of the two in-house training offerings are the following:

  • Compact and efficient in-house training without loss of time due to travel
  • Possibility to select the individual menu that suits best your needs
  • Content is adapted to reflect your particular situation
  • Several persons may participate in the training at no extra charge
  • Choice of best trainer for your requirements and preferences

Classroom FFP training courses

We also conduct regular 3-day training courses in different venues. Run by David Radford, you will learn all of the basics about managing an FFP, which you can immediately use in your day-to-day work after your return.

In order to ensure a maximum of quality and interactivity in theses courses, class sizes are limited.

This version is ideal for small and medium carriers, including for airlines which are about to launch an FFP. Over the course of the years, David has already successfully trained more than 300 people in similar courses. Today, these persons are often in charge of running FFPs for their airlines.

Don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements and objectives with us!

We will also be glad to evaluate with you which of the three options would be best for you.
