Airline Fuel Cost Relief Program: One Delegate per airline attends free.
Airline Information is dedicated to developing conferences and summits that positively influence the financial state of the travel industry. Two such areas, ancillary revenues and payments, are covered by the Ancillary Revenue Airline Conference - ARAC, and Travel Payment Summit - TPS, respectively.
To ensure the accessibility of these events for airlines, Airline Information has taken the extraordinary measure of waiving the admission fee for the first delegate registered from each airline to these events.
This offer is valid through 31 August 2008 and additional registrants, beyond the first FREE admission, per airline, are subject to our normal low airline registration rates. In case of no-show to the selected event, FREE registrants will be invoiced at the early bird registration rate for that event. Name changes are permitted to the FREE registration at any time and cancellations are permitted until 14 days before the event.
Pay for Event Hotel Accommodation with Miles/Points
Delegates accepted for free admission under the Airline Conference Relief Program may also qualify to pay for their hotel stay at the event using the loyalty currency of their airline. This offer applies to the free delegate (one) per airline only.
Please note that every offer of payment in frequent flyer miles may not be accepted. If accepted FFP currency will be used for the purpose of business travel for Airline Information executives and consultants. Under no circumstances will Airline Information broker currency or reward tickets to third parties. All terms and conditions of the FFP apply.
